All you need to know on our reservation online.

This section contains information, related to booking a reservation at Swiss-Garden Hotel and its properties reservation guideline. If you cannot find an answer to your question, please contact us at info@swissgarden.com

Steps need to take:

  • Step 1
    • Key in the check-in and check-out dates for your vacation / business stay.

  • Step 2
    • Click “Check Availability” to view room rates.

  • Step 3
    • Scroll Down to choose the Room Promotion.

  • Step 4
    • Click any room that is available to view guestroom information and facilities.

  • Step 5
    • Click terms & condition to read general terms & condition, guarantee and cancellation policies.

  • Step 6
    • Click Book to make a reservation.

      The page will populate to show a list of add on options such as breakfast, transfers, etc..
  • Step 7
    • Click continue, the page will populate to fill the contact and guest details, then click continue. The page will populate with “One Final Step”.
  • Step 8
    • Then click “Proceed to secure” then a pop up screen will show terms & condition. Click “I Agree”.
  • Step 9
    • Update credit card details (Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay)
  • Step 10
    • Reservation confirmation will be sent to the updated email address.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q1. Can I book more than one room?
    • You will receive a confirmation/booking reference number upon successful booking with full payment.
      You may also view your booking(s) by clicking on Manage Confirmed Bookings.
  • Q2. I would like to see total Room Price.
    • On the left column panel, click View Price Breakdown. The total room price
      detail break down for your room will be populated.
  • Q3. I would like to book the lowest room rate.
    • Click Flexible Dates on the left column. A calendar with daily rate will populate.
  • Q4. Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit card?
    • Yes! You can use either credit card or debit card. (Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard,
      American Express, Union Pay)
  • Q5. Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?
    • No, only the person whose name and valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.
  • Q6. If I am making a booking for one room for 2 persons, do I need to provide both names?
    • No, you only need to provide one name. The person named in the booking must be present during check in.
  • Q7. How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?
    • You will receive a confirmation/booking reference number upon successful booking.
  • Q8. Must I print out my booking reservation?
    • As long you are able to produce your booking stating the reference number or the guest name or
      printed version or may produce the mobile screen with booking details,
      you will be able to proceed with the check in process.
  • Q9. In what currency do I pay for my stay at the Hotel?
    • Payment would be in the currency of the respective country the hotel is located in.
  • Q10. What is the earliest time I can check-in?
    • The earliest time you can check-in is after 2.00 pm.
  • Q11. What is the latest time I can check-out?
    • The latest time you can check-out is at 12 noon on the check-out date. For hotel in Sydney,
      the latest time you can check-out is 11.00am on the check-out date.
  • Q12. Is there a minimal number of nights I must book?
    • One (1) night.
  • Q13. What is the maximum number of nights I can book?
    • Any number of night.
  • Q14. How to cancel my booking?
    • Log on to www.swissgarden.com → Click the cancel button → enter the booking number and
      the email address that was entered during the booking process.
  • Q15. How to amend my booking?
    • Please contact the hotel reservations to proceed with the amendment.
