OVERVIEW

Swiss-Garden International (SGI) was established in 1991 as a hotel operator to manage hotels for OSK Group and a hotel management company to assist hotel owners with their third-party managed hotels.

SGI currently manages and operates 10 hotels and resorts with an inventory of over 2,000 guestrooms. Swiss-Garden International has an owner-focused approach to driving financial returns from hotel investments.

SGI undertakes management projects in Malaysia and have plans to expand within the Asia Pacific region.

PUAN SRI KHOR CHAI MOI

Executive Director, OSK Group

Puan Sri Khor is an Executive Director of PJ Development Holdings Berhad, a member of OSK Group.

With her experience and expertise in the areas of property development and manufacturing, Puan Sri Khor is a key member of the Group's leadership team.


DATO' SAIFUL BAHRI BIN ZAINUDDIN

Executive Director, OSK Group

He has extensive experience in the financial services and capital markets arena and continues to make significant contributions to the Group.

He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, Board Member of the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (SIDREC) and the Financial Adviser to the State Government of Negeri Sembilan.

ONG JU YAN

Group Managing Director, OSK Group

Ju Yan was a key senior management team member who helped to build up OSK Investment Bank's business throughout the region.

In his current role, he oversees the management and implementation of the Group's overall business strategies and operational plans.


ADRIAN EE

Chief Operating Officer, Swiss-Garden International Sdn Bhd

Adrian Ee joined Swiss-Garden International Sdn Bhd, the hospitality arm of the OSK Group in December 2019.

Adrian started his career in the hotel industry back in the 90s, and has over 10 years of experience as a General Manager. Prior to joining Swiss-Garden International, Adrian had a decorative career with both local and international hotel chains.
