OVERVIEW

Swiss-Garden International (SGI) was established in 1991 as a hotel operator to manage hotels for OSK Group and a hotel management company to assist hotel owners with their third-party managed hotels.

Swiss-Garden International Sdn Bhd is certified with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.  Scope of the certification is applicable to the provision of hotel management services in the areas of Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Marketing Communications, Information Technology and Operations Oversight.  This certification is a testament of our long-standing track record as an established hotel operator, and further solidifies our vision to be the preferred Hotel Management Partner.

SGI currently manages and operates a portfolio of 6 hospitality properties with a combined inventory of over 1,900 guestrooms, multiple meeting facilities and an 18-hole golf course in Damai Laut, Lumut. Swiss-Garden International has an owner-focused approach to driving financial returns from hotel investments.

SGI undertakes management projects in Malaysia and have plans to expand within the Asia Pacific region.

Puan Sri Khor is an Executive Director of PJ Development Holdings Berhad, a member of OSK Group.

With her experience and expertise in the areas of property development and manufacturing, Puan Sri Khor is a key member of the Group's leadership team.


DATO' SAIFUL BAHRI BIN ZAINUDDIN

Executive Director, OSK Group

He has extensive experience in the financial services and capital markets arena and continues to make significant contributions to the Group.

He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, Board Member of the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (SIDREC) and the Financial Adviser to the State Government of Negeri Sembilan.

ONG JU YAN

Group Managing Director, OSK Group

Ju Yan was a key senior management team member who helped to build up OSK Investment Bank's business throughout the region.

In his current role, he oversees the management and implementation of the Group's overall business strategies and operational plans.


IVAN TING

Chief Operating Officer, Swiss-Garden International Sdn Bhd

Ivan Ting joined the Group in May 2005 and is currently the CEO of SGI Vacation Club. He is currently overseeing both the Swiss-Garden International and SGI Vacation Club portfolios.

Ivan has over 18 years of vacation club experience in all aspects of the business from sales and marketing to overall operations.
