  1. Offer applies to multiples of 2 rooms and or 2 nights.
  2. Half price discount applies to the lower priced room and or night.
  3. D’Majestic Place – Applicable for the same room category only.
  4. In the event that 2 rooms of 2 different categories are booked for 2 nights , discount will be based on the lower priced night of both rooms.
  5. Offer is subject to availability and based on seasonal demand.
  6. Prices are dynamic and may be subject to a supplement.
  7. Valid till 31 March 2017.

Reservation and Payment Policy

  1. Swiss-Garden strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website and booking engine are accurate and Swiss-Garden does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.
  2. Swiss-Garden reserves the right to change and update the terms. All bookings taken prior to changes will be honoured accordingly.
  3. All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of 6% GST.
  4. Payment will be under guest personal account.
  5. Credit card details may be required to guarantee the reservation.
  6. Not applicable for group bookings i.e. for 10 rooms and above.
  7. Black out dates may be imposed during selected period.

Cancellation Policy

  1. No shows or cancellation less than 72 hours (3 Days) prior to arrival date will result in a penalty of full payment charged.
  2. Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date will be free-of-charge (no fees incurred)
  3. You are required to complete and submit the cancellation form.
  4. Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. You may visit our website at www.swissgarden.com/promotion.
  5. Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact the required hotels for more information.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
