By utilizing our online booking engine via Swiss-Garden.com (Swiss-Garden International (M) Sdn Bhd), you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:

1. Swiss-Garden strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website and booking engine are accurate and Swiss-Garden does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.
2. Swiss-Garden reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, rates, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Swiss-Garden reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
4. All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of prevailing 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
5. Credit Cards for online booking will be charged a nominal sum of AUD$50.00 upon each confirmed reservation (at the time of booking and is non-refundable), the balance amount shall be payable upon check-in.
6. These charges may occasionally vary due to certain peak holidays or conference periods. In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the applicable charges.
7. The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations.
8. The required age that warrants the use of the website and booking engine must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Swiss-Garden is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine.
    
10. Amendments Policy.
    To amend a booking please complete and submit our amendment form:

    ▪	Amendments made within 48 hours of check-in will incur an administration charge of A$50.00 per booking.
    ▪	The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.

    
     
11. Cancellation Policy.
    There shall be no refund for any cancellation of reservation.
12. No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
13. Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
14. Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact the required hotels for more information.
