Cancellations / Amendments Policy All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out such as checking out early or for no shows and which will be subject to the sole discretion of hotel. A non-refundable 10% admin fee applies to each cancellations/amendments booking. (Additional fees for some credit cards may apply). Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in time will be forfeited the full amount of the cancelled first night Cancellation made with more than 48 hours prior to check-in date, a nominal cancellation fee of RM50.00 will apply Amendments made within 24 hours of check-in will incur an administration charge of RM50.00 per booking. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due. These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancellations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the applicable cancellation policy.
