to three (3) different images may be submitted.

This
contest is open to all Malaysian residents, professional
and amateur photographers, aged eighteen (18)
years and above, except for employees of Swiss-Garden
Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Travel Times NST, Time Out
Kuala Lumpur and Nikonian Academy, their immediate
family members and their affiliates, subsidiaries,
distributors, dealers as well as their advertising,
creative, media, digital and design agencies.

Images
must be the unpublished, original works of the
person submitting the entry.

|
All
photos submitted are non-returnable and Swiss-Garden
Hotel Kuala Lumpur retains the rights to use all
photos for its own publicity, promotional and
advertising purposes and due credit ONLY will
be accorded to the photographer.

|
Images
must not infringe on the rights of any other photographer
or person or involve the willful harassment of
animals or damage to private property.
|
| • |
|
All
photographs should accurately reflect the subject
matter as it appeared in the viewfinder at the
moment of exposure. Nothing should be added to
an image and, aside from dust spots, nothing should
be taken away.

|
Cropping
and minor adjustments for processing RAW files
are acceptable. Any digital manipulation MUST
be fully disclosed in accompanying documentation.

All
decisions made by the panel of judges are final
and winners will be notified.
|

|
All
entries are sent at the risk of the contestants.
Any late, corrupt, lost and incomplete entries
are not accepted. In any event of any technical
difficulties, Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur
reserves the right to disqualify the entire entry.

Swiss-Garden
Hotel Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to disqualify
any entries, or to withdraw the prize at its sole
discretion if the contestant is in breach of the
terms and conditions above.

these rules or terminate the contest at any time
at its sole and absolute discretion.
