Reservations : We recommend advanced booking prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment
Arrival : Please arrive early (15 minutes prior to appointed time) as our policy is to end treatment on time so that the next guest who arrives on time is not inconvenienced
Opening hours : The spa is open from 11 am to 8 pm; last treatment starts at 7 pm. For arrivals after 8 pm a 50% surcharge applies
Special considerations : Please notify our therapist or the reception upon arrival if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, skin allergies, dermatological peeling or other conditions
Spa attire : Most body treatment is enjoyed without clothing, but wear what is comfortable to you. All our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel discreetly over areas of the body not involved with treatment and to protect your privacy at all times
Valuables : A locker is provided but we recommend that no jewelry be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises
Cancellation policy : A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required so that we can reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".
Payment : We accept cash and major credit cards. Hotel guests may sign for spa charges to their room account. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to applicable Government Taxes. |
