1. Swiss-Garden strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website are accurate and Swiss-Garden does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.
2. Swiss-Garden reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, rates, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Swiss-Garden reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
4. All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.
5. The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations.
6. The required age that warrants the use of the website must be at least 18 years of age.
7. Swiss-Garden is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website.
    
8. Cancellations / Amendments Policy.
   

   ▪	Cancellation made within 48 hours of check-in time will be forfeited the full amount of the cancelled first night.
   ▪	The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.

   These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancellations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the applicable cancellation policy.
    
9. No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
10. Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
