Corporate Training Manager (Corporate Office- KL)

Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management / Hotel Management
  • 5 years experience in management position, preferably from hotel or service industry
  • Highly motivated, self driven, possess good leadership, communication skills and organizational development
  • Ability to train & implant knowledge to others to deliver "the moment of truth"
  • Knowledge in TQM including ISO9001 is an added advantage
  • Willing to travel extensively and posses own transport

 

Operations Manager (KL)

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Strong in F&B operations with minimum 5 years experience in management position
  • Mature, independent, posses strong leadership and able to trouble shoot
  • Good organizational and operational control, people skills and customer oriented

Human Resource Manager (Resort)

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Hotel Management
  • At least 5 years experience in management position, preferably in hotel industry
  • Well versed in Malaysia Labour law, Employment Act, Disciplinary Proceedings, Domestic Inquiry & Employment Relation and related issues
  • Team Player with good interpersonal & communication skills

 

Front Office Manager (Resort)

Requirements

  • Posses a minimum Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position or Assistant Front Office Manager with International Hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Posses dynamic personality, strong leadership skills and able to lead Front Office Team

 

Training Manager (KL)

Requirements:

  • Posses a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Development or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in training
  • Highly motivated, self driven, and possess good leadership and communication skills.
  • An effective communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Willing to travel extensively and posses own transport
  • Knowledge in TQM including ISO9001 is an added advantage

Assistant Manager (KL)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity or Front Office Supervisor in four or five star hotel
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer orientated and able to handle Front Office operations.


Assistant Housekeeper (KL)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in 4 or 5 star hotel in similar capacity & able to assist Department Head in running the operation

 

Security Manager (Resort)

Requirements

  • Ex-military or police background
  • Experience in hotel will be an advantage
  • Will be responsible for the safety and security of the resort

 

Assistant Director of Sales (KL)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality industry or in similar capacity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead the Sales Team to drive performance and to be able to work independently
  • Posses own transport

Senior Sales Manager (KL)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality industry or in similar capacity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both in written and in oral


Yield Manager

Requirements

  • Degree & Diploma in Revenue Management or Hotel Management
  • Hold a senior management position in yield/revenue department of no less than 5 years in the hotel industry
  • Ability to create ideas and initiatives to maximize revenue, optimize profits by managing revenue and develop an infrastructure (strategies, policies, procedures, reports, etc.) to make informed decisions about accepting and rejecting business
  • Strong knowledge of the external market such as segmentation, demand forecasting, revenue & pricing strategy, inventory control strategies & any others
  • Skills and tactics in rate-level maintenance and rate offer assessment (for group and negotiated rates)
