General Manager/ Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The General Manager shall be responsible to achieve set objectives and targets, formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic policies and procedures.
  • Plans, directs and evaluate daily operations, services standards and profitability of the Hotel.
  • Strong disciplines, commitment and self-initiated.
  • Dynamic leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in senior Management or with similar position with a proven track record as a General Manager.
  • Experience/strength in Business Development will be an advantage.
  • Responsible for handling operational matters as well as coordination in all areas of the Hotel daily functions.

Financial Controller(Damai Laut, Perak)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or any recognized professional qualification in Accounting, preferably with MIA membership.
  • Minimum 5 years in hotel industry.
  • Good communications skills, interpersonal skills and maintain high level of integrity.
  • Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Accountants/Auditors

Requirements:

  • A Degree /Diploma in Accounting or Professional Accountancy qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a hospitality industry, preferably with auditing background.
  • Experience working in a computerized environment.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and able to travel outstations.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management.
